I am going to describe my whole neighborhood where I live, work, study and play, and also all the other places around, like schools, parks, stores, family and friends that live around me. Well In my neighborhood we all live in the south side, I live in 1535 Parnell in a pretty nice house that I grow up in when I was a little girl, I was about five years old. My house is pretty big, I have three brother’s and six sister’s, but my two older sister’s have their own apartment, they just live right across from my house, it takes me about one to two minute to get there when I walk, in the car about five second. I live across three different apartments. In my house we have four bedrooms, one room for my mother and and father, the second room for my three brothers, and the third room for my two little sisters, and the last bed room for me, my sister Deborah and Sandra. We are a very big family that I love very much. Sooner than later we are going to move I will miss my house.
We live next to a highway, I35 Zarzamora street, in my neighborhood we are pretty much working class, because everyone around us works every day. Are house and my neighborhood house are pretty nice house and very well maintain, we live around a lot of elderly people and the racial/ethnic population is most Hispanic around my neighborhood. What are my major features from my neighborhood, I live very close to South Park Mall, Rio Meat Store, Family Dollar Tree, Hutchins Elementary School Vetro Gas Station, Mama Margi, and Ramirez Park. The Major strengths and weaknesses in my neighborhood , first the good things about my neighborhood is I am very close to South Park Mall, and other stores to get something to eat. The bad things are there is a lot of traffic and a lot of noise in our neighborhood, because we live next to a train tracks. Where I study , I study at home when I just do work in my book, but if I need to do a lot of research I go to the Palo Alto College Library, it’s a great place to study and look up a lot of books I need to study for my assignments or projects. I study at Palo Alto College Library because I live closer to my college. I do not work at this time, but I do babysit and get pay for it, that is a job to. I babysit my two nieces a two and six years old. We always have so much fun going outside to play. They live in apartment across my house and there are about two playground in their neighborhood, it is so quiet were my sister lives, there are so much rule they have like no loud music, do not make a lot of noise outs side when people are sleeping, rules like that. When I have some free time in the weekend and I do not have school, I go to the park with my two little nieces Angelina and Arianna, we go to Ramirez Park, I play all day with them, since the park is close to a store we go and get some ice cream, because we played all day and it is so hot at the park. Where do I go for fun, well I go to a friend’s house and we talk about school, homework and boys, and a other place I love to hangout with friends is the mall, I am always at South Park Mall. We hangout, shop and eat something at the mall. Well I do not know how long it takes me to go to places, well I walk to the mall with friend and my sister, so walking takes about seven minute and in a car about three minute to the mall.
My family members does not live very close to me, some of my family members lives in the west side and some of my other family members lives in the east side, I live in the south side, ever since I was a little girl. A lot of my friends’ lives in the south side where I live, not in the same street but we all live in the south, but not my best friend Jessica she moved five months age and I was very sad, she lives in the Northeast.
